Job Summary
The Domino’s Pizza Assistant Manager position will assist and deputise for the Store Manager. They will be responsible for the running of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. To provide support to the Store Manager in managing the resources of the store including staff, stock, audits, product quality, marketing initiatives, sales targets and financial management to increase unit sales and capitalise on sales opportunities.
Entry requirements for the job:
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be flexible and be able to work weekend and evening shifts
- RQF Level 3/BTEC/Higher Secondary School equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Skilled Worker in the UK QSR industry
- Possess good organisational, planning and people management skills
- Prepared to work under pressure in this rewarding yet physically demanding role
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene is essential
